when spikes are placed over double jump effect, they face upside down instead of facing up
if spikes are placed over the one-jump effect, they face to the right
EDIT: this occurs with other effects, but i am too lazy to list them all

It's because rotation data from the effect type are in the same place so they don't get cleared as the spikes' rotation data depends on what was there before (like another spike block) - therefore any block with extra data values it will affect.
