Depression, insomnia and anxiety - medication and counselling are on point and work wonders.

I once fractured my spine (L2) which caused motor issues and pain for about 3 years (early 2011- late 2013) (often unable to move my legs and have severe pain - like there were 100 needles stuck in every square centimeter; then the next day it feels like there was nothing ever wrong with them) but it has healed with very little long term effects.

High-functioning autism (It's slight, but I have it. I have higher intelligence, and lower social skills)
Strabismus (I have slight misalignment of the eyes. Taking good photos of me is a challenge)
Anxiety & Social Anxiety (Self explanatory. I'm putting a parentheses segment for continuity)

Also dyslexic - mainly phonetical; I completely forget about it sometimes and usually ends up with someone else in confusion.

I always forgot when i was 0-5 (6?) i started remember when i was on bed and started look at room and some things. I dont have memory being 0-6 years old.
I have anxiety, I ended anxiety before pokemon go launched and released.
