We couldn't register that world because it didn't exist yet. If you look earlier in the discussion, you will see Kira saying we were not going to use that world. We wanted to use the new world size and had an agreement with Toop before Lictor made that first post.

A few teams ended up having to change their worlds throughout the registration process, including Lictor's team. I wasn't strict with this rule due to the fact that several teams were having issues and it put those teams in an inoperable position. I ended up missing the change to Lictor's team because the request wasn't sent via private message and I accidentally overlooked it when making last minute edits.

How do you buy a 200x400 who was just reeased ? You need 14 days for that if you don't want to pay 160 gems (which is so expensive that it becomes ridiculous).

The registration rule in question had to be adapted in order to not trap teams in unfavorable positions and result in less active teams finishing levels. It does not directly follow that all minor rules can be skipped or adjusted, since those rules do not negatively interfere with the registration or building process. Minor guidelines and rules will be considered during judging, and no team is exempt from them.

Yes we know that it is expensive, but how does that relate to the competition.

If you are implying that you were planning on using a 200x400 world for the comp why register with a different one ( I assume this was a mistake, temporary, or unapproved decision with your team), you could have waited and registered with the world you all wanted.

What are you guys trying to prove, are you trying to disqualify us by any means? Your first complaint was about the difficulty, now you're pointing out the link.. Not sure what to believe anymore, but It's certainly starting to be annoying.

Well personally I really enjoyed the Summer Palace world , but I didn't know if other teams had other minor tweaks with the rules and I wanted to make sure that the "Rules" stayed relevant to the competition, so no teams got the idea of; "Oh that team broke the rules so why can't we... *talks to mod about it*"

That is what my stand point on this was.

You missed his point. It was impossible to buy the world without using gems before registration closed.

In order for yo guys to have made the deadline for Registration he could have added the world to the crew and sent out a notification to members to help purchase world so it could be ready for comp.

See these little details could have saved your team the fuss from the other competitors and people that are worried the about the rules.

note about theming:

theme is supposed to be something commonly associated with summer - travel/vacation, beach, etc. Holidays are not allowed because they are about a specific day(s) and not the entirety of summer.

Does it matter if my world is very (extremely) laggy? I have done only 1/4 part of the world (due to personal things), and my world already lags like if there was no tomorrow...
The world still remains playable if fullscreened, but the text in the signs doesn't appear complete, and the signs are a very important part in the world. I hope this won't be taken to account while judging, because if it is, I'll lose automatically...

due to how lag is currently an ongoing problem for all worlds, you will not be penalized for lag [unless you have elements in your level that cause extra lag]. (also the sign thing is client-side)

I actually don't mind having "Summer Palace in summer campaign it'll be fun completing it again but winning something this time, I really, really, enjoyed the gameplay. just hard time relating the minimap to summer tbh.
