as you can see in this image the earth only moves in one direction not up or down in or out only left or right. I dont see how earth could be flat that would take two dimensions. earth is one dimensional! what is the other dimension???

You're confusing time with space. Sure, Einstein mentioned (in passing, mind you) that time and space are closely related, but that doesn't give you the right to get them mixed up. You're looking at the 1st dimension, time, in your example. Again, Earth is clearly 2D. How else would we live in a 3D world?

The earth is flat!!If it wasn't how would trees near the edge stay upright they'd instantly fall!(everyone knows NASA is with the giant octopi from Jupiter's core to make the SQUARE of all evil not not root)

Non jokingly: If the earth was flat its gravitational pulls on each end would be way different considering angles and distances for gravity to work its vodoo magic on as most people above have explained.(I just came to add the square of all evil thing for that matter )

The earth is not flat, nothing is. Gravity and sight give us the illusion that the world is flat. Everything is bent in some way and if something were flat its a black hole. We are just stupid to think that things are flat.
