LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN, JUMP. (in few cases Y) - are the only buttons we have in EE now. I always needed 1 more button.
I suggest add Teleportation block.
Action block. When you enter in it and press X - you'll get teleported somewhere.
You can enter infomation you need here:
Press X to SOMETHING
and
Teleport player to:
X: CO-ORDS Y: CO-ORDS

This. A lot of the suggestions I see are easy to make with what we have and a bit of creativity. This part of what makes building maps fun. If there are so many tools for every nuanced situation that you can possibly think of, then there is no challenge.

People will be teleported to the coordinations, instead of 2nd portal. It means i can teleport people to action/decos blocks.
This block will be very helpful in story worlds and you wont be teleported somewhere accidentally, like it happends with regular portals sometimes becasue you need vertifucation - press x

If the player jumps around everywhere (which generally happens in levels), that would become problematic. I actually kind of like the idea of portals that require a key press to use. Maybe call them "doors"?

considering how many people make story worlds, this would just make them play better. Plus, you could even make some new minis out of it.

"The Plaza" by Badoosh&Toop uses 999 ids. they didnt add some things they wanted because of this limit.
Most of these portals are dialoges.
The chat uses about half of the IDs
(you can see it here, at the top of this pic)
1st) it would save place. Because you dont need to jump near npc, just press X.
2nd) No ids. unlimited thing.
3rd) easier no work with. In case of portals you need 2 portals and connection between them to do something, but this is just single block.

The main idea in my map - you cant jump. But there is a story line and npc. i cant use "jump to talk"

They did Y because it is hard to click on it carelessly. They did it because if you click Y - you'll lose all your progress. Y is far away from WASD/Arrows and space.
But X will be used much more than Y, And yes, i am lazy to move my hand little bit higher to click Y instead of X

the only thing they would need to do is pack the /teleport command into a world portal and make the text customizable. either way, that doesn't mean you can't just put a sign below a portal that says "press space to...".

so for example, there are two worlds.
in first i pickuped flare gun, which is optional, so you can pass level with or without it
and now you need to move to world #2
but you couldnt keep that flare gun without, lets say, before moving to another world there would be showed on screen which switches are on or off
and player would need to write them somewhere, and when moved into world #2, player would need to manually press these switches, but with that world portal, you would teleport into some coordinates & keep some purple switches without need to manually press these purple switches
