I was going to provide a link to it, but it seems I deleted it for some reason...

Basically, when people sign up, there is a short quiz at the bottom. Something that requires you to analyze the rules and chose the correct answer.

And none of this "one warning, one day ban. Two warnings, week ban..." One warning. You get PMed about the warning, or a notification at the top to get your attention. After that it's perma-ban.

I visited all levels yesterday and today and I have made a personal top 10, I don't know how far the other judges are
