Charge Jump Effect

Basically an effect that changes what happens when you hold space. You get a little bar that fills up as you charge it.
Could range from one block to twice the jumpboost jump. Also, the bar shouldn't stay fully charged, it should go up and down, to add more freedom of movement.

After you use it, it should go back to 0.
Also, there could be bars for how many blocks you want to jump.

you probrably read ''change'' istead of ''charge''
this effect evilbunny is suggestion, is a new effect, nothing to do with the current one
