They seem to be terrorists in the sense of trying to spread utter panic amongst the population, but nobody knows if they are terrorists as in "Muslim guy with huge beard" as the thread title nowadays would presume for most people. Probably a bunch of Californian psychos behind that.
Still, three+ armed guys with ballistic vests attack an institution for people with mental disabilities. That's just beyond screwed up

That's what I heard too, they said that it was just some person wanting to get revenge because somebody got him/her mad (pretty sure its a him)

And also- any attack meaning to spread fear and terror is terrorism. Including the planned parenthood attacks. Not just the select few the media chooses to portray as terrorism because they were done by Muslim people.

Obama stated this is terrorism. 12 pipe bombs and 1,000 rounds of bullets? There were two shooters involved - they had just arrived from Saudi Arabia. Also, the argument the man got in to was the morning of Wednesday, before the shooting. That doesn't explain the 12 bombs though - the two shooters obviously prepared for this far longer than a day. The argument as a result does not affect this shooting.
