Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

This topic is designed for questions & answers for those who want to know more about this.
My questions:
1. The new EE will be coded in Unity(C#) and then exported as a bytecode for asm.js to run it?
2. It will still use PlayerIO? (I suppose thats why was chose Unity, right?)
3. When it will be done? I suppose it won't take long, after all Unity is a game engine.
4.

EE will be even less open-sourced that is now.
And so, bots will be updated slower.
Processor generally releases updated specifications fairly soon after an update. Even if he doesn't, you could see all the changes by commits made to his bot framework:

4. EE never was open source
I have never thought of programming for reputation and honor. What I have in my heart must come out. That is the reason why I code.

Gotta love Christmas updates.
One bot to rule them all, one bot to find them. One bot to bring them all... and with this cliché blind them.

4. EE never was open source
What I mean is that there was no special desire to hide the code(e.g. by an obfuscation) in the flash version.

Why do you need to go into the code? Processor isn't hiding details of what changes.
Thank you eleizibeth ^

Maybe, just maybe, because you need to understand the EE protocol in order to be able to make bots?

For most people you don't need to go into the client - someone already has, the details are already public or you just don't need to.

Everyone loves a bit of decompiling.

Then decompile when you've downloaded tUnitEE

You can also just print the messages received and experiment with that.
Obviously send data would be kinda hard, but I doubt you always found out how that worked by looking at the code.

For the most part what is send is forwarded onto everyone, look at received messages and it is usually the same in reverse.
