Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Math!

1. Resolve the math problem that user abouve you put.
2. Post another math problem.

I will start:

I have no idea how to do calculus.

0/0=? Trust me. there's an answer to that.

Re: Math!

Either infinity or negative infinity.

If a bat and a ball costs $1.10 and a bat costs 10¢ more than a ball, how much is the ball?

Re: Math!

for the first question you are wrong. sort of. In common math logic, you are right, but if you totally disregard that, 0/0=1 because, philosophically stating, 1x0=0. that, of course, is not really true, so technically you are right for solving the problem but wrong as in failing my confusing yet unintelligent riddle.

for your problem, i think it is... 5 cents? idk i just went with my gut

a + b = 1.10;
b = a + 0.10;

2a = 1 => a = 0,5
The ball is 50¢.

Next: f(x) : R -> R, f(x) = min(x + 4, 3x);
What is f ^ -1 ?

If you're going to post in forum games, please at least participate in the games at hand. This sub forum doesn't purely exist to increase your post count.

Re: Math!

Squares + more squares + 987 = 987 with squares.

Elliot began the journey at 8 a.m. at 40 kilometers per hour. Benita began to chase him at 11 a.m. at 50 kilometers per hour. What time was it when Benita got within 60 kilometers of Elliot?

I have no idea. Random guess at midnight:
oh wait never mind. I'm starting to realize that you multiply every damn one of those together. Does it have to do with pascal's triangle?
