Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

It's not added yet. Just the button to it.

Ok. So I added insert text now. Because I couldn't detect the width of the world.
The clipboard is set to 198 (200x200) world. Should work to paste into a 25x25 world, I think.
But that's what you bug testers is for. And thankts to Atilla for giving out a little codesnippet to make a writer.

Edit: Don't forget to download the same file again. I guess you have the link for it.

When you click 'File' -> 'New' -> 'Load by level', an error appears.
If you can't reproduce it I will give you an image.

Yeah found it. You didn't add your login information. But EEditor is now using guest guest by default.
Should work. Atleast what I tested.

Download the package again.

How will the 'Animate' work?

It already works. If you uncheck 'Animate', the stuff you made will go in a line, and if 'Animate' is checked, it will do it randomly.

Also, what is the difference between 'Recover from old save' and 'Load'?

Ah, i thought like creating animation in the game. (e.g: a plataform that moves).

Yeah. Shouldnt be that hard to add animations. I will see when I have more time, maybe I can add animations too.

One big problem. When I close the program or when it's finished animating, it won't leave the world. This leads me to kicking myself from my own world and waiting to be unbanned

You can also goto taskmanager and kill the process.

The saved file was saved different before. That's why the recover from old save exists.

Ctrl + or - = Removed.
Fixed so portal id and target works correct.
Fixed so the bot should disconnect when everything is done.

Download the pack again, and test around.

Edit: I also added old and older.

Older = The oldest file that you have
Old = The file you saved before this update
New = The newest since this update

Re: [Bug testing] EEditor by cyph1e

Bugs

  • "Synchronizing background frame" first value will occasionally freeze

  • It will typically freeze with similar ending digits, such as xx22

  • Very noticeable in non-shuffled animation: https://gyazo.com/f04b6bad590e6e52fc7d68bc76579761 (used the fill tool)

  • I believe it is lag, but it should still check if the packets are successfully sent

  • Clipboard adding doesn't work in image and text tools

  • Picking any block switches to draw tool

  • When selecting and deleting an area and switching tool right away, the change will revert

  • Ladder (120) and win trophy (121) graphics don't exist

  • "The roation value is too high"

  • Why not limit it in the GUI anyway?

Suggestions

  • Placeholder dots for new blocks like in your minimap app

  • I know you will add the newest blocks soon, but it would be useful for future compatibility

  • Placeable with ID and rotation

  • They are shown on the block like portals

  • Note/drum block selector

  • Make menus be toolbars instead

  • There are so few menus so I don't think it's very worthy to use a menu bar

Re: [Bug testing] EEditor by cyph1e

I got some other reports too, here is the current fix:

- IDs 120 & 121 is invisible and does nothing
- Would be a little more useful if the portal information didn't reset to 0 in the popup box ;)
- Don't know if it's intentional, but right-clicking places whatever block you're selected on over a block you're trying to popup
- So, you have to select portals in the bottom menu in order to right-click to bring up the box
- Or else the new block just replaces the portal
- ID 255 (Spawn Point) shows up on the minimap when it has no colour
- IDs 96 and 97 make any backgrounds behind it disappear on the minimap
- Same applies to IDs 276 through to 284
- And 271, and 272
- 577 to 579 show up on the minimap when they're decorations
- 95, 561, & 562 all should show up on the minimap but don't
- 551 acts as a bg even though it's a decoration
- 92, 550, 552, 553, 84, 85, 86, 87, & 88 all don't appear on the minimap
- Insert image adds to clipboard, but then refuses to paste
- "About" currently says "Made by cyph1e" - Might want to add "Updated by capasha"
- Adding Text only supports "TrueType" Fonts, and crashes the program if you use an unsupported font

I will try to fix the rest tomorrow.

That third error is not an error with the bot; guest's just don't have the ability to enter level codes period. They have to be given edit for it to work.

Shift + leftclick = erases background blocks, doesn't work with the fill tool. Not sure if that's intended but I think it should work the other way around.

[EDIT#1]

Animating with a guest only works if you give him edit. Status says Invalid Code.

[EDIT#2]

0/1 Coin door bug: Left hand side - holding the coin door and repeating it on existing ones. Right hand side - placing coin doors and single-clicking existing ones.

Download the package again and look if there is something else that shouldn't be there.

● If you have any block selected and you load a level file, after double-clicking the file the selected block will be automatically placed where your cursor was last positioned (doesn't happen if you select the file and then click open).

● After selecting an area and clicking delete, it automatically returns to the pen tool instead of staying on the select tool.

● Cannot fill an area with background if it's already painted with another background.

● Mirror, flip and rotate tools delete the selected area.

The double click didn't I find a good solution for.

Are you sure you uploaded the right version? I was able to reproduce all bugs and settings look old too.

The file date seems to be updated in the host tho.

Sometimes copying and pasting something with the selector tool duplicates the thing copied.

I updated the package and added piano and drums with sounds.
Also fixed a bug there you could right click on any block and get the coins/piano/drums popup.

Yes actually.
What do you wanna do after selecting a block? Select another block? No, you want to draw with it.
