"unarmed" would be used in the context that Zumza never initially had a weapon. "disarmed" implies that he had a weapon forcefully thrust from his hands. I think.

If REVIVE were ever to be a thing, it would be an item. Trading 1 health for another player on the field would just be chaos. The game would never end.
