If you don't want to actually change your username and are being pressured by other players to do it, then don't It's your username, do whatever you want with it. If you DO want to change your username though, I suggest coming up with your own.

You are correct, but he really wants to change his name because he dislike "Minecrafts" names. So, I don't know why he created his account with this name and not with another.

I think you should do what onjit did. Just create some random thing which does not mean anything. If you pick something like "AssassinOfEE" you may end up regretting it in the future, but you wouldn't regret something like "onjit" because it doesn't mean anything (Obviously don't actually use onjit, because someone is already called onjit).
