Thanks for asking. I do fart, yes. And Im not asking search engines how to do it. Im doing it without downloading fart guides from google. Everyone around me adores it.

If I'm making only minimap art, I usually first sketch it with either the basic grey block or a grey background block. Sketching with bg is handy so that you can draw the clean line art on top of it with blocks and delete the bg easily!

After that I just fill it with colours and on those colours I add the shady/light parts. The style I shade is sometimes that example number 4 and sometimes 1-3 (I didn't undestand the difference between 1-3).

If it's something quite small I'm making, I don't usually sketch it, I just start making the form while colouring (if that makes sense).
I would show an example but these days I don't usually save the only-minimap art stuff I make :/
