A few things, now that the games have begun...

I made a small addition to submission rules. If you are unable or unwilling to PM me via the forum, feel free to just PM me on IRC. I am Towel on #eeforums. I am online 24/7 and I will be able to read all PMs sent to me, even if I don't immediately respond.

Also of note, Reminders for commands are going to be hands off for the most part. I won't be reminding any individual people to submit commands, all I will be doing is posting announcements on turn updates in #eeforums and #fail, and of course this thread.

And lastly, I will not correct invalid commands. If your command can't be interpreted or is impossible, I will consider you to have done nothing for that turn. Pay close attention to what you can and cannot do.

Does that mean that blocking is not available at not-full health? Or that the shield doesn't break at full health?

Shield behavior is normal at all amounts of health. That is, you can blocks at all amounts of health and it breaks when struck at all amounts of health and you have to repair you shield to use it again at all amounts of health.
