Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

It would be awesome if people that use this minimap tool could report bugs and errors. Or ask question or request a feature.

Re: [Release] Minimap tool v1.0.8.9

Here's my feedback:

Bug(s):

Arrows and dots sometimes have a shadow around them. Compare what Minimap tool displays to a screenshot I took:

Minimap tool display:

EX_Crew_Shift_1_1_Minimap_Viewer.png

Screenshot I took:

EX_Crew_Shift_1_1_Screenshot_I_took.png

The two images are slightly different anyway, but that's because they're from two different worlds.

In addition, the numbers on purple switch door and coin doors don't display in the correct place and are not in the correct place font, the bottom left corner.

Also, I usually have to close and reopen the program to view a different map, although that may be my computer being weak.

Feature requests:

* Add a layers viewer system: Make it so that you can turn off the viewing of the bricks and see only the backgrounds, and vice versa.

* Add the ability to click on signs to read them, and to click on portals to see their id and target.

* Add the animation to coins.

I think that just about covers everything I have to say.

Feature requests:

* Add a layers viewer system: Make it so that you can turn off the viewing of the bricks and see only the backgrounds, and vice versa. (I will add this)

* Add the ability to click on signs to read them, and to click on portals to see their id and target. (You can already click on signs and portals)

* Add the animation to coins. (I will not add animations to the coins)

This tool can read both saved worlds and worlds that someone have edited without saving.
Click on Options > Settings and then choose "Saved world" for saved world. And "not saved" for not saved world.

You can also view the minimap with colors and also the whole ingame how it looks like.
Can also save it as a image both minimap with colors and minimap blocks.

I hope it can be useful for someone.

Re: [Release] Minimap tool v1.0.8.9

I'd like to point out that the World ID box doesn't retain the world ID you put in after you load a map, so you have to recopy the same ID to reload the map differently. This appears to be a mistake, since the world ID was retained in the previous version.

Re: [Release] Minimap tool v1.0.8.9

Another mistake, I don't think you need a screenshot for this, but I forgot to mention it earlier: Invisible bricks and spaces do not appear correctly on the minimap view in this tool: They should appear transparent and identical, but instead they're distinct and noticeable. If you want me to, I can edit this and post a screenshot.

Do you mean they doesn't show up as blocks. Or as colors?
I have no idea what you mean with spaces.

Re: [Release] Minimap tool v1.0.8.9

I guess this is easier to explain with pictures:

Look at the left side where invisible blocks are.

What it should show:

200_MINIGAMES_mixed2.png

What your tool shows:

200_MINIGAMES_mixed2.png
