I thought there was quite enough debate. And at this point, nobody gives two craps.

The point of creating bots, is so it is completely customizable for and by the user. It isn't meant for the staff to handle.

Also, if they did screw around with this, it would (most likely) ruin all bots that are out right now.

There are no complaints about the way bots work ATM.

There is no need to screw around with the way bots work.

Just leave it as it is.

I think someone earlier mentioned a way to see if two user's IPs match was an excellent feature for banlists. Instead of the offenders creating new accounts, they will be kicked again.

Ever heard of "dynamic ip's" ? there the standard in germany making such commands obsolelte , atleast against german offenders (and therefore bannign other users)

On the topic of EE ideas, I'd like to see making the chat transparent, like in minecraft (hope the image isn't too big.)

Making the chat transparent would offer several advantages, including:
- being able to see what's happening behind the chat box
- giving players a larger field of view
- possibly allow the chat box to be hidden so that distractions can be kept at a minimum
- allows old chat messages to fade away without taking up screen space
- keep the original swf size, but just change the view port (doesn't break swf size.)

Since there has been nothing posted about the future of this topic, it's all speculation.

Perhaps they changed the EE workflow and want users to post directly to the Trello board only.

Test it out, if if you mean a serious suggestion, then check the trello board.

How about allow Jumping to be registered when touching ladder? At the moment, jumping doesn't register on a ladder and it could have acted as a free button.

If the game could detect any key pressed, this would be helpful for bots and such in many ways. "Press 1 for yes, 2 for no". They don't have to do anything in-game, but mainly for bot use.

Plus...

Users don't move when they're sending chat messages. Similarly, don't send bots [the] keystrokes if you don't want them known.

Naturally, your idea would be easier to implement. However, that point might be moot.

They have a trello board for this stuff, no need for this thread except to 'steal' ideas from people that are oblivious of the trello board.
