Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

"Username struggled so hard (or not) to reach the end of the world (or he found the trophy somewhere) and touched the trophy, meaning he completed this world and got a silver crown."
What do you think?
This is a false statement.

Not: "Hey guys, George has just walked in!"
so why isn't it "Username just completed this world!"

I think "has completed" would be correct, because you use the present perfect tense when the past event has present consequences, which is true in the case of completing a world. A player has completed the world (past event), and the world is now complete (present consequence).

The world isnt complete subjectively neithe objectivly, it is only subjectivly completed for the player collecting the trophy.

Okay, then the present consequence becomes "the world is now complete for the player," and the present perfect would still be used.

But if it's grammatically correct outside of context, it's good enough for me. If you folks think -ed vs has -ed or whatever, that's on you.
Kirby, both you have there are correct.
Evilbunny, I don't really say "Hey guys, so and so just walked in." I'm more of a "john's here" guy.
You're all right k

It is a well-known fact that those people who must want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it... anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job.
