Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Completing a world

Something I just realized, when someone grabs the trophy, shouldn't it say "Username has completed this world!" instead of "Username completed this world!"

Re: Completing a world

*George walks through door*
"Hey guys, George just walked in!"
Not: "Hey guys, George has just walked in!"

Re: Completing a world

"Username struggled so hard (or not) to reach the end of the world (or he found the trophy somewhere) and touched the trophy, meaning he completed this world and got a silver crown."

What do you think?

This is a false statement.

Re: Completing a world

I think "has completed" would be correct, because you use the present perfect tense when the past event has present consequences, which is true in the case of completing a world. A player has completed the world (past event), and the world is now complete (present consequence).

Re: Completing a world

The world isnt complete subjectively neithe objectivly, it is only subjectivly completed for the player collecting the trophy.

Okay, then the present consequence becomes "the world is now complete for the player," and the present perfect would still be used.
