I'll be keeping the same amount of winners up until the level quota reaches 150. If it doesn't (as I predict that it won't), there will be no change.

I know you specifically stated not to post any non-submission posts, but this is important. You should definitely move the above warning I quoted to the top of the original post, and put it in bold, red text. I could see a lot of people getting unnecessary warnings if they don't see that.

You have almost the same chance in winning as previous time:
3/58 = 0.0517...
10/200 = 0.05

And this is if all teams deliver which I doubt will happen

You know that each winner is 5 teams right?

so if you do that it will turn into 25 teams or just 5 =S
but 5 isnt alot we need 10+
