[Idea] Enforce tags to increase organization

Having an option to add pre-selected tags to your post would help increase organization because users would be required to file the post under a certain sub-category.

For example, this would allow someone to search all bot-related ideas by searching for the [Ideas] tag, for example, instead of trying to find out the wording used to describe the idea. Or, someone could find the stable software by searching for [Release] and not have to browse through many many pages of posts, and try to decipher which title is a program or not.

It's not difficult to open a topic and see what it is about. Opening hundreds is difficult because I'm a bit impatient.
