Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

^This is a level where I used the pillars. I used it for the snow (which I have replaced now). This level happens to be featured as well. It's not a big deal, but still, I find it unnecessary. Furthermore, I have seen other people use pillars for art, as well as timbered bg, because they have a nice shade of light grey.

You're all being so negative about the update just because some pixels dissapeared from your minimap please...
I think this update is one of the best we ever had, and this is considered as a small update, so imagine a big update.

I don't think the fire sprite looks bad honestly, and why are you complaining about fire when you never use it? I've seen 5 worlds max using fire.

This update made the game smoother and I really like it, even if some colors in my minimaps vanished, It takes like max 1 minute to repear all the stuff.

The new clay blocks and new colors are perfect, some are still a bit eyerapey though.

Great job staff, and continue like that +1

Re: [Update] 12th of June - Block revamps and general streamlining

Update seems great. Nothing I can complain about because I don't (can't) do art. Noticed that coin doors and gates were merged, as well as blue coin counterparts. Would be nice if portal and invisible portal were merged, since they perform the exact same function, and some people may have far more of one than of the other.

@Kiran you can't tell us not to complain about little details and then complain about the appearance of clay blocks.

All I'm saying is fire doesn't fit and I've seen many levels use it

I read the title as "general streaming" at first and almost jumped.

@Kiran, overall, yes it was a wonderful update. I am mostly posting for those people that were like "But you can fix the things that were broken by adding decos back ontop of white", when in reality, how I used the bgs, (with decos on top of bgs) it is irreparable.

They shouldn't have removed the backgrounds completely I think, they could still put the object backgrounds as decor without having to remove the background. It sounds like a lot of levels have been messed up.

A lot = Me and vadertheimpaler and a handful of others.

I'll admit defeat on this one.

Guys if you're just annoyed with the color being gone, why don't you ask someone (like me, capasha, DarkDragon, etc.) to make a bot to replace the blocks? It's kinda time consuming but someone will do it :/

Re: [Update] 12th of June - Block revamps and general streamlining

Since EE was made I was dreaming at one brick that has the option of color picker just like the bg now, while this is a dream to make some incredible art, it might also be a nightmare to others because supposedly it would be too easy and they are right in a way but now there are so many colors, it's almost the same thing, almost, if every update adds another color to the pallete, wouldn't it be easier to just add a color picker to just one non-bg brick? The work would still be hard anyway, because adding a color to each brick would take ages but at least there is no limit in shading only by owners/creators will.

Also, the update is awesome, I couldn't say less, just awesome, hard work = good quality = great staff!

One more thing though, maybe on the next update one of you remembers to make the ''visible map'' in the lobby optional by owners will.

Re: [Update] 12th of June - Block revamps and general streamlining

The block revamps were all fine, but I fear you're just making it looks like transformice, hard to interact. I don't think someone new who bought these packs recently will know about this.

This is a false statement.

Didn't you notice that there is no text visible on signs? It is because it's on the other side. You couldn't read it before but we made it possible! //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/smile
