First, let chat for everyone.

- add as friend
/ban {User} {Reason}
- user can't come back
/block {User}
- user can't chat
/clear
- clear world
/edit {User}
- give user permission to edit (once more to disable)
/editlist
- list user with permission to edit
/god {User}
- give user permission to get god mode (once more to disable)
/godlist
- list user with permission to get god mode
/help
- list commands
/kick {User} {Reason}
- user can't come back for 5 minutes
/load
- load level
/move {User} {coordinate}
- move user to specific area
/save
- save level
/spawn {User}
- re-spawn user (at spawn point)
/whisper {User} {Message}
- whisper

Chat limit
Guest: 10 seconds
User: 5 seconds
Beta: 3 seconds
Already enabled chat: 1 second
Code sharing?
For owner: Appear as normal
For other user: Censored. 1 warning

If people have 3 warning, 1 hour silence(no chat)
5, 1 day ban
10, 1 week ban
20, ban forever.
