Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Same there are no student-organized clubs in my school.

There isn't anything like these "clubs" in my country. Just go to school, attend class, maybe hang out with your classmates after it, go home and that's it, nothing else. Public education :/
I wonder how it'll be like next year in college..
Pretty sure everyone here is in public schooling.

Well... No student organized clubs, but there are many other clubs.
To name the most popular (i.e with lots of members) clubs:
Science Wow you should see the crowd here. Mostly because it's the first thing that they think they should join when the teachers read out the clubs. Probably because the name is "science" and science is a familiar word, most of 'em join this.
Sports The reason why this is so crowded is pretty much self-explanatory.
Photography Not what you are thinking this is. I don't even know why there is a club for this. The only good thing this has, is that if they elect you, you are allowed to bring a camera to school and take photographs during the special assemblies (eg: school day).
Newsletter This is a pretty active club, so people who have studied in my school for a considerable amount of time know what this is. They hold meetings often, and unlike the science club which just teaches more science, they allow the members to give their ideas/opinions for the school newsletter. Another factor why this is popular is because a certain amount of people are selected to edit the newsletter and who in their sane minds would resist this?
Quiz The quiz club is the most active club on our school. All the meetings for this club are quizzes and these are held every Wednesday. One of the reasons why this is popular is because the winners of the quiz get one fruit juice and a chocolate each.
Those are the popular clubs. The complete list of all the clubs in my school:

You can define as a religion or not, but it's still in the same area.

Who pays for this?
pto probably
tbh fruit juice and a piece of chocolate is much better than the garbage I get in my school
one time the cafeteria ran out of hot lunch so we either had to starve or eat a cheese sandwich
im not even sure if that's legal

It sounds legal. I mean, you either have to starve or eat from the cafeteria's limited menu anyway. If it happened to be even more limited than usual on one day, then I think that's still legal.

Is it legal to let a child who is allergic to cheese starve? O.o

Yep, but I was referring to Brazil's public education which is... pretty awful.

Most of the clubs in my middle school and high school were student organized, backed by an adult supervisor. In my university, there's a club for everything. Literally everything. They're all student run. From my experience, clubs and social organizations are super important if you want connections and a strong social base, especially if you plan to go to a large college.
If you want to start your own club, definitely do it, and if it doesn't exist when you move up, just create it again with help from friends.
Maverick: Started up on a 6, when he pulled from the clouds, and then I moved in above him.
Charlie: Well, if you were directly above him, how could you see him?
Maverick: Because I was inverted.
