What size Of pixels for my Smiley?
hi, i am wondering what Pixel size Should i use When using *rezize* For making a smiley In Paint Ex: Horizontal [ ]
Vertical [ ]
Skew (degrees) Horizontal [ ]
Vertical [ ]
Can you guys help me figure this out ><

A smiley is
Vertical: 26px
Horizontal: 16px
And you shouldn't need to use Skew.

Regular smileys (like

) are 26x16, but appear as 16x16 (with transparent pixels around them). Some smileys, especially those with hats (:bigspender: 
) go above this limit, some smileys go below (:kungfumaster:), while others break both (:wizard: 
).
