Anyone can PM, with or without chat. A dark name means that you can't chat.

Before MrShoe there used to be a ton of dark mods. Some of your EE friends were probably dark mods back in the day. Only a few remain though, and Thwinkt is one of them.

they're just called guests because it's a code name

guests have 6 letters

That is, because, he is NOT a mod MOST PROBABLY and everyone is FALLING FOR IT.

Common people, there are users that didn't play when free chat was released again for 3rd time, and i think HE is one of those.
All that ppl that didn't today don't have free chat.
(altough srs even guests can pm)

He can, but he's not allowed to. As a dark mod, he's taken to an Oath of Silence and may not speak aloud. He is only allowed to whisper (PM).
