based on the conversation it sounds like he thinks mods do not want to go through joining worlds that are set to visible false
edit i have no idea why you think that.
based on my experiences it seems extremely easy /effortless for mods to join invis false worlds. but thats just the general feeling i've obtained that isnt really based on any actual reasoning.
If you think otherwise i believe you should provide a reason, as you said that they "dont want to go through doing that" and asked for a source when someone said otherwise.
