We've never had a warnings page and I think introductions was probably removed.

The introductions forum is gone.
Get a warning and you'll probably get a link to your warnings page.

Something's up with the warning's page. I'm not sure what Atilla did to their copy but ours (at least out of the box) doesn't display all warnings that have been handed out. You can still find it over here.
The introductions forum is dead and has been replaced with an Intro/Outro topic that is stickied in Forum Discussion. For some reason, almost none of the Introductions forum was moved over. No idea why, but at least it was just Introductions and not something that was actually valuable. 3 (or maybe it was 4) introduction topics made it out of the old forums alive, and they were all merged into what is now the Intro/Outro thread. I didn't really see the need for an entire forum dedicated to introductions, and since people also need a place to tell people that they're going to be gone for a while (or forever), I figure it'd make sense to put all of it in one place.
