I'm sorry if this is an illegal bump, but I wanted to start reworking on this after the terrible pause in the forums. I had a huge amount of great ideas I wanted to share with the world. If you have paint, try to get lots of pixels of a color and start randomly adding them to the pic.
Then fill in some gaps with different colors. Keep going through the holes until every hole is filled. Nothing should be white. Also it must be 16x16 pic.
Back when I used paint I did something like:
1. sketch on paper how you want it to look
2. Make an outline (16X16) placing major shapes within the brick.
3. color it, make it simple.
4. Add lots and lots and lots and lots of colors, organized in a logical way to help with shading.
5. Texture, organize extra colors in a certain way to give it the texture you want.
6. Be picky! play with it until it looks amazing!
7. give yourself a pat on the back.
You don't have to do it my way, unless you want to.
The evil bricks are kinda cool in an indescribable odd way. I really like the name of them. They look kinda like nebulas.
Your tile assortment is also neat looking.

Very good, and although I doubt that they will be included, I like your ideas. Maybe you could add some asphalt and gravel and have a road pack with the sidewalk.

I don't like the Alien Smiley and the Alien Santa Claus smiley. The good and evil bricks i dont like at all. I love the oil pack volume 2 its Great! Alot of of them need shadeing. but the oil pack is the best out of this hole thing. Good job on that pack!

You should still work on this. Not very EE style, and remember that this isn't minecraft or an RPG-It's EE! (Alien Santa? for real?) If you get the right inspiration, you'll be in the game.
