The "you see it in nature so it's natural" argument is a load of bs. How about this: Humans moving faster than the speed of sound, flying, using computers, medicine, bloody everything in today's age is freaking unnatural. The whole "natural means okay" notion is a ridiculous ploy for the child-minded who want to poke around in and dictate other people's business.

But those things are products of human intellect and curiosity. I fail to see how that even compares to the notion that homosexuality can be found in nature.

But, no, the entire argument makes no sense

I don't like people that have loud barking dogs that wake me up in the morning but I'm not going to try to make dogs illegal because of it.

My point was that the whole argument over whether it's natural or not doesn't even matter because everything we do now-a-days isn't natural.

It's not a point of whether it's natural or not, it's whether or not it affects everyone else (which it doesn't) and whether it's really any of their business (which it isn't).

No, just tell me what I said about id, ego and super-ego that isn't correct. You do not need to write an essay. I've had a basic course in psychology, so everything isn't new to me.

Okay. I have some interesting questions to ask about Freud (I still believe that not everything he has said is rubbish) but I would have a hard time to express myself in English. Anyway, I hope we can continue with this discussion someday.
