It was photoshopped. I can tell by the pixels.

Haha nice find, I was reading the first few post and I was like in my mind is it real or not. When I really looked at the pixels they seemed different(55)

I could immediately tell it was fake, though it was a very good imitation. I'd love to actually see this in-game, though. As it is now, blue coins are completely worthless and a waste of time.

Nawrh, I like the "clunk" and then the "ding" sound they make.

Trust me. Listen to the noise a coin makes for about an hour straight. At first it sounds like someone knocking two small chunks of wood together, followed by a "ding" like a bell.
