The skeleton's shooting boosts the volcano's eruption time, which means it will come sooner, in 3 posts now. Also, there's a random shadow above Super Stupid Place which means there's probably a random piano falling from the sky.

So the idea is, each person contributes a small amount to the city, by saving the most recent picture (check last page), editing it in MS Paint (If you don't have MS Paint, at least use something similar to it, you don't want to lose the pixelated feel of it!) and when you're done, save it again, upload it to whatever site, so you can post it here in the [url]tags, and also, I'd like to suggest you use IMGUR.COM to upload them.
I believe this is simple enough, and as long as everyone understands it, it should be fun.RULES:
1. DO NOT save it as a JPEG/JPG image. JPG ALWAYS messes up the file, and messes up the art. ONLY save it as PNG, or BMP. Whichever looks better.
2. Again, it's important you use Imgur.com to upload them.
3. Don't make huge changes to the city at once. For example, if there's a natural disaster, it works like this:
You: Begin the natural disaster with a small change. Such as, a volcano has lava going down it.
Others: Maybe, try to prevent the lava from coming in contact with the city?
You: Bring lava down more, cover sky with ash.Basically, you'd be the one slowly destroying while others try to prevent, and/or fix up the disaster. When it's fully protected, or completely destroyed, the disaster ends.
4. Don't be an idiot.
5. Don't make huge civilization jumps, such as tribal men upgrading to skyscrapers in merely two images.
6. Please, oh please, do NOT copy and paste images from other places such as Google. Be creative.
7. Don't complain if someone posted while you're still making an image. If you want to reserve the right to post next, then post with just the word "Declare", and edit in the image in the post when you're done.
8. Don't copy and paste images from previous worlds that had been made before any disasters.
If you manage to break 3 or more of these rules with one post, we might just want to -rep you. Careful, and don't intentionally be annoying.
