I go to a scientist and he makes a potion which duplicates things. I pour the potion on the hill and now there are 2 hills. I pour some more and now there's 3 hills. First hill is Pikachitu's the other is Vilius2001's, one hill is noone's for now.

I claim the third hill. I merge the 3 hills, and temporarily become a 3-person combination. Since 3 objects cannot occupy the same space, one of our wills has to win out. A little magic aid, and pikachitu and Vilius fly away from the planet explosively. Now the hill is to be built. I simply make it out of tightly packed dirt.

I come back to world and use the potion to make 3 hills again (seriuosly, why you don't like that?). First hill is some man's, second is Vilius2001's, third is no one's.
