There was no original GIF. I downloaded the video from YouTube and imported it into Photoshop.

A handful of people complained that this image was slow or made their browser slow. I knocked it down from 128 colors to 32 colors, which is as low as I can get without it looking like crap. The file size went from 4.5MB to 2MB, so I'm hoping it won't be slow anymore. If it is... *shrug*

Not sure what you mean by "send link."

The editing was all Photoshop, though I wouldn't recommend it again for the animation... pain in the butt. My next GIF that I'm working on is going to be animated in Flash.

The image is hosted on TinyPic, which is awesome because it doesn't even require a user account.
