I don't know where to put this... but... does anyone have a good program/knows of a good program that I can use to make an animation for a sig (I want the animation to be my worlds stacking, I have the pics of the worlds ready, I just need to know what to use) ty guys.

Try Gimp, that is the most easiest one to use.
