I have a copy of rpg maker. I was making an rpg but it sucked so I stopped [That sentence sums up my life.]
I don't see how you could make a 'smiley rpg' besides replacing faces with smileys. :/

Sounds like fun, RPG Maker is a really fun little program that I've used myself for a couple of games.
