How to make Graphix for Graphix Suggestions?

Ive been wondering for a month how I can create art for Graphic suggestions. Tell me what to do and what Art making thing I should make art With. Step by Step instructions Pl0x?

This is a graphic that DOESN'T belong in GS.

GS is for smileys and blocks.

If you mean how to create art, here are the steps.

Either buy photoshop ($30) or download GIMP (absolutely free).

If you buy photoshop, I can't help you.

If you buy GIMP, I have a sig making tutorial in the 'Creative' section somewhere.

I'm just saying that's not a graphic that belongs in Graphic Suggestions. That goes in creative. By the way what the hell is that? A zombie caterpillar?

EDIT: Ive tried downloading GIMP but ive been unsuccessful, and I've tried it again and no luck. How about a guide to downloading GIMP? 'Cause I've figured out that once finished, you can upload it to Photobucket and get the url of the picture from there to here, and the picture will show.

You don't need a great image editing program to make smileys and blocks. Just use paint.

I just, cant find the icon or whatever it is to start the program.

It's in the bin folder. Open the folder then hit the GIMP icon.
