Do you agree with me?

I was on a forum for a game,and i noticed,There are NO Rules.
The only rule is that people don't swear.

People spam ALL The time,and they do not get warnings what so ever.
There are Triple,Quadruple Posts,people have weird forum names: A girl has a forum name: Soggy Tampon.

I sead that they need a Warning system,and they are all against me. The forum is in plain Chaos. Well,because this forum ROCKS! And its so good [has rules and is organized] ,do you people agree with me?

I suppose that every forum should be that way. but it always depends on the owner.

this is a forum for kids, that was a forum for adults probably, with some special exceptions in rules.

In my opinion it depends on who owns the forum. If that's what the owner wants then there's not much you can do.

A clean forum is a nice forum, but it's not my issue if a forum is spammy.

Actually, this forum is fine the way it is. It's just the new users that show up here are the ones that have no idea what puberty is.

I'd like a forum like my crew's forum that strikes a balance: not too rule-filled, but with enough rules to keep it unspammed and good.
