I may have just found Chris' brother....

That is Eric Benjaminsen.   The website for this image is a banking trust located in California, though.   They don't look too dissimilar, so maybe they were split up at birth or Eric moved away?   The surname "Benjaminsen" isn't particularly common, especially in the States.   According to HowManyOfMe.com, "...[t]here are fewer than 116 people in the U.S. with the last name Benjaminsen."

Chris' picture is also black and white, so it would automatically make him look paler.
