Yeah, I don't think online games where you can talk internationally is legal there. Most people are probably too poor to afford a computer anyways.

North Koreans don't have any type of technology, the whole country is poor except for the military, and its newest leader. Other than that, they all are peasants so I highly doubt someone will be able to play EE. Unless they are refugees and some how escaped from N. Korea, which I would think is very hard to do.

If not, try not to make general statements. Just because your news source of choice said so doesn't make it true. After all, not many people have insight into the country besides people that, you know, live in the country. And they don't really get out often.
