Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

you read the question right? :O
X-Box 360.
Anyone who says something like "Atari" or "GameCube" is wrong, games have progressed so much, you don't need to show that you were around when they were popular.
PSP. When you get custom firmware on there, there are tons of great games.

Defintely the NES. First of all for me, I loved the oldschool graphics. They managed to make the levels looks so great at that time(for the most part) The characters were so special, most of the characters now a days are stereotypical. Almost every single one had it's own look, personality etc. Maybe not that much personality. But everyone was a one of a kind. The music back then was PURE epic, and the hardness of games was so challenging<3 Now many games are stereotypical and basically the same thing.
^this. I play my old NES games on my PSP now. METROID FTW.

Gamecube was the newest system for Nintendo before they started spewing crap. Seriously, you can't criticize gamecube with out playing Super MArio Sunshine, Paper Mario TYD, Kirby Airride, Windwaker, Mario Kart DD, and Luigi's Mansion. Each of those games was amazing.

The thing is, I played all of those. But the key word is was. "Each of those games was amazing." In their day they were, they were effing awesome. Now, not so much.
mine is the 3ds because of the clasic legend of zelda ocarina of time and starfox 64 thats why the 3ds is a win... then xbox360 (i don't own one but ive played it)... just sayin

Nah, they're still all waaay beter. the problem si that there's some braindead idioms, oxymorons, and dumpasses at nintendo who think that using motion control can be counted as a new feature to a game. Like Mario Kart Wii. The game is hella boring becauase there's absolutely nothing new other than steer with the goddammed we remote!!! :O Oh my god this is so different than any other game!!! Seriously, most people just used the gamecube controller anyways. Meanwhiles DD had 2 people playing in one cart, and even better, special items. Now you could have actual strategy to which characters choose and you can figure out which characters' items worked well with others and how well they worked on different courses. A whole lot more interesting than some harder use controls that most people ignored. Kirby Airride is amazing in every concievable way. The city trial mode is the first time there was a kart game where you could go where you wanted instead of just following a path. Also, in that game you had more mobility than in any other kart game allowing you to go around and explore at high speeds without losing control. Just remembering super paper mario makes me puke on my bed and writhe like a flagellum. Thousand Year Door was many, many, many, many, many times better. Super Mario Galaxy was fun, but you were constantly limited and only allowed to do the direct objective. Super Mario Sunshine was free roaming like Super Mario 64, only now it had much larger areas, side quests, and blue coins to encourage exploring. Twilight Princess and Windwaker were both equally fun although I think Windwaker was a bit better because of how amazing it looked. Also, the gamecube had twilight princess on it and it was just as good as the wii version. The gamecube also had the best remake of Ocarina of Time yet. Luigi's Mansion was a really new concept and the sequel isn't out yet so as of now it is unrivaled and so can still be considered a + for the gamecube that the Wii cna't uphold to. Melee and Brawl each have their strengths and weaknesses. I'd say that they're equally fun co-op, all the adventure mode in brawl was really good so I'd say that one is slightly better, although melee still holds its own. And if you say something like "the Wii is still more original because of its motion controls," might I remind you that you said the Xbox 360 was your favorite and it uses a regular controller just like the gamecube.
Why did I write this when I have a bad hangover and went through the trouble of having correct grammar and spelling.

Also PCs
The only correct answer is PC! If we are speaking consoles, then the Nintendo 64 blow away everything else in terms of memorable games.
I am of course completely biased.
I prefer PC as well. PlayStation would be my 2nd option.
NINTENDO Wii AND SNES FOR EVA
GBC, GC, GBA, DS, WII, XBOX360, PC, ACR, PS2.
Stuff here
This. So much this.

But can the PC see why kids see the cinnamon swirls in every bite?
Mine has to be my precious 3DS. It's my most expensive console I've ever bought by myself. ($250 Launch day <3)
Electronic Handheld Connect 4, obviously. Best game system ever.

PSP for me.
I would really like to try the PS-Vita when it comes out.
The only correct answer is PC!
Thank you. I was starting to weep.
