Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I'm also thinking about making this an 8-bit game.

What do you think that means exactly?

That has almost the same function as flash, correct?

I looked up the definition. Wrong word-choice. I meant for graphics, as something alot like the mario game graphics and such.

Unfortunately C# Cannot be embedded into browsers, But it allows for a more powerfull game, and with the ClickOnce installer, You can simply have one .zip to download, and a simple install that is completeley automated and takes under a minute. Your choice.

^^^That also means you don't have to worry about limited music since they won't be redownloading it all every time, putting strain on the servers and increasing load time. Main problem is having to download an update each time (and flash provides cross-platform compatibility, even if less so than in the past).

I'll think about it, but not to many people trust downloads, know what I mean?

This too. It'll be a pain in the **** with this.

Interesting, so basically something that'll auto-update, right?

1. Yep, But many games are download only, we'd have to work out something to make it seem "trusted"

2. The first download could take longer depending on the files used, but updates will only download changed files.

3. Gonna be a pain in the ****! But maybe I could make it autoupdate in the background?

Re: Looking For a Good Game Programmer(Flash)

Just sayin', people download the swf file whenever they play a flash game online.

Also, nobody has addressed the cross-compatibility problem. Would you compile it for multiple platforms? For OS X, people may trust a download in the app store. And Windows will have an app store soon too.
