Well, let's see, does that include individual typings of e {down arrow} {enter}? What do you count as 'going on'? Because one of the first things I do when I get on the computer is come on the forums. I'm on every day, and periodically check the forums quite often. I almost always have at least tab open, even when I'm doing other things.
So I guess we could say 7, or a lot.

Probably about 14-21 times a week. (2 or 3 times a day, and my visits are usually pretty long. Like about 20 minutes to one hour)
If you read the parentheses and add it up, I probably go on about 7 hours to 21 HOURS A WEEK. WHAT THE HELL.
