Yes, I look at all my PMs from decent users, which on average is 3 or so per day.

Starvation.

Run out of energy after a week or so >> sit there >> go to sleep >> don't wake up

Painless.

You want to remove the thing you need the least. Air, you need very often. Water you also need very often. Your body is very dependent upon these things, so to suddenly remove them wouldn't be a good time. So choking, drowning and dehydration are the least desirable ways I'd go out, if I had the choice.

Would you rather climb out of a cave shaped like a sheep's butt and be covered in purple ooze that may be life threatening and have to go immediately to your presidential innaguration
OR
Get in a canoe and ride off a waterfall that in turn brings you to another canoe that brings you off another waterfall and repeating for 10 hours straight, dieing if you try to escape, and miss saving your sister's life from a train
OR
Jam 20 cactuses in your eyes riding a unicycle to escape an island where everyone has the plague and there are no water sources only to find out the princess was still on the island (you're also allergic to cacti)

I'd choose the second one, it sounds the least painful and harmful from all, and since I don't have a sister, I don't think I would really care, but let's say I would have one, what would I choose then? Well, the two options you gave are either possibly die, or have one of your siblings die.

It's a hard choice, especially if you care about your sister, but I guess it also depends on her as well, if her personality is horrible I'd still probably choose the second option, but if she is a decent person, well, I'd probably choose the first option then.
tl:dr
I would choose the second option, and if I would have a sister that I cared about, I would choose the first option.
