Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

As title said: What is your resting heart rate - how fit are you?
The best time to meassure the resting heart rate is when you wake up and still lie in your bed.
-One way to measure it is to put two fingers on your wrist and count the number of puls or heart beats for 20 seconds and multiply them by 3. Thats the number of heart beats per minute
-Get an app for this stuff.. works well.
-Having a heart rate monitor / watch etc
In general the average resting heart rate is given as:
Infants: ca. 130/min
Children: ca. 100/min
Teenager: ca. 85/min
Adults: ca. 70/min
Seniors: ca. 90/min
If trained the resting heart rate is usually lower than given in this chart, also by just going after daily doings, getting coffe, going upstairs etc your heart rate goes up of course.
Resting Heart Rate: 49

General Heart Rate: 60-70 for most actions which do not put stress on my body - lifting a coffee mug or so, stairs, raging on EEDDs maps.

i'll take the average- 56 bpm

Most likely 120 BPM, it beats twice per second.
This is a false statement.

I'm pretty sure that is not healthy
If it is, that sounds painful.
120 sounds a bit high for me too. But thats far from painful. Painful or risky for your health would be hard exercise around the max. heart rate which far behind 120. In my case it would be 196 exactly and I know when I reach this level of physical stress - when I feel like throwing up, fading vision until black-out. But luckily your body does not allow you to train on that level for longer than a few moments. Lets say, 30 seconds.
I can easily ride my bike for hours at 140-160 bpm without even breathing through my mouth. Nothing to worry about 120 bpm. Around 160-170 is getting harder and 180-185 is what I can ride for a while before I run out of energy.
Creature, did you check the 120 bpm after you woke up? I guess not Give it another try next morning, please.

Hi.

For someone with a low resting heart rate that would be something, but you would think that his moderate exercise rate would but very high.
I actually have a heart condition that makes my heart beat weird at times and one time it went up to around d 200bpm and that hurts... bad.

Fixed the problem, it's 60 bpm, seems like my heart beats 2 times quickly in 1 time.

This morning, I used an app but it wasn't really working properly. One second it's 30bpm then it changes to 70 then it goes to like 35 and then to 63 and blah blah. Then I just counted the beats in 20 seconds using the stopwatch on my phone, and multiplied by 3. I got 72bpm.
thx for sig bobithan
