In my rep says i have 2+ and 1- but i cant find the 1- is that why im the acc owner? or its a bug?

It means that... (dang, I used to know why...) It's not a bug... it has to do with the admins deleting... Beyond that I can't remember.

maybe he got you with his -1 reping
and it says you still have it
you can have +1 to get rid of trololo

the rep of a deleted account keeps, but the comment and name of the player get cleared. atleast thats what i think

This is the best I got. Only way to fix is to have the spam rep deleted before the person's account is. After there is no cure.

It's not a gravedig if you legitimately have something to add/a concern. I'm unsure of this, though :s

Technically It is a grave dig because that is what the word implies but it's not a useless gravedig.
