It means that... (dang, I used to know why...) It's not a bug... it has to do with the admins deleting... Beyond that I can't remember.

This is the best I got. Only way to fix is to have the spam rep deleted before the person's account is. After there is no cure.

Technically It is a grave dig because that is what the word implies but it's not a useless gravedig.
What Chewy means is it won't be counted against him or anyone who gravedigs in this way.
