he means jumpin over a block like this: __      __      if ther is a ceiling above so youu cant jump you simply teleport without portals

I always can skip blocks in all of the levels.
easy to do it.just need to stand at the very edge of the block and your smiley will aim at the hole.pass through now.then you'll be on another block.:D
