This would be good. Maybe about.... ten 'hidden mods' or something.
@cyclone: People don't like scrolling through a bunch of naughty stuff just to hit a button at the bottom, plus with multiple posts....

Regarding the "create 20 accounts to flag a post" thing. Why not just code it so each IP can only flag once?

That would be quite easy to code, I believe. However, as Jak said, proxies exist.

But you would have to switch proxies and after a few proxies it gets boring typing in IPs and port numbers.

1. That's not how web proxies work.
2. It's possible to have a list of proxies made beforehand.
3. For a determined troll, they're okay with the "boring" parts.
The odds are extremely high that the current troll(s) use(s) proxies.

I like the original flag post idea, with some improvements to prevent account spamming and such... Can't think of any way around it, though.
I hate tall signatures.
