You should consider alts, and spam accounts, not every single one of those will be a different person. Also, as said your calculations are bs. If you simply just gave the actual average of us now (i only do ~3) which i would guess makes the average 5-8 due to forum games peeps. A thread every 2 days is also bs. Youd run out of ideas. Id suggest one every week/fortnight per person. In addition, why do I care, its just a maths question? Well your thread title states, how many posts would there be if everyone was active. Im simply helping you answer it. These current stats definitely are off for an ACTUAL realistic answer

I edited the post, i can't make it realistic, bcs i don't know how much alts per user and things, let's suppose nobody has alts and everyone has unlimited ideas.

Are you taking the average from all time, since it got turned over to Meredith, or just this year?   That would change the average, for sure.   Let's say average from all time.   If you take people who were active a short time, and take into effect that they were only active for one week over the 3/4 years the forums been around.
You also have to not include deleted posts, which means you have to back and recount everything by hand, and not their post number.   You must also subtract the exact number of days the forum was down when it crashed before it came back, if you want to be accurate.
Now it's time to remember that some users are banned.   Then you can worry about the alts.   I know people that have used 3+ alts on the forums (for various reasons), so it must be taken into account, since you want this to be accurate.   The average should come out to something, with a really long decimal attached to it.   Then you could round.   However, 40 is not a decimal, plus its a perfectly round number, there is no way that you did not estimate every aspect of your calculation.
TL;DR: That average is BS.
